“I used Certified Glass to replace the windshield on my Subaru Outback. They knew that my eyesight system required a certified Subaru windshield. They work with my insurance agent and called me and set up a time and place and did a professional job with no leaks from heavy rains I have driven in since the replacement. Very professional and on time. I would definitely recommend them if you need a windshield replacement.”

“I can't say enough good things about this glass company. I called several places that my insurance company suggested, and ran into companies not answering their phone, being rude, or saying they'll repair my windshield in a month or so. I called Certified Glass Services, and the moment Angie picked up the phone, it was a pleasure working with them. It's obvious they are all about customer service and great service overall! I had an appointment set for two days from when I called, I was able to drop my car off and get a loaner (at no charge) while they replaced my windshield/calibrated, then picked my car back up on my lunch hour. When I got into my car, there was a little 'goodie bag' with things from them and a thank you for choosing them. I would choose them again! A++ service!”

“This is how you run a small business! I had a badly cracked windshield and a state inspection days away from being expired on my Subaru. Certified Glass was recommended to me by another person, so I got pricing from them and from a large national company you frequently see on TV. Certified came in at half the price of the other company and could do the work more quickly. In fact, the pricing allowed me to replace the windshield on my other Subaru as well that even though it had many months left on inspection. It was bound to cause problems down the road.

Certified arrived on time, installed both windshields in my driveway, and were out of there in about an hour. Two windshields replaced for what would have cost me the same for one from the national company. Not a bad deal!

Days later, I received a thank you card in the mail from them. Like I said, this is how you run a small business! Now, as for Subaru and their paper-thin cathedral stained glass quality windshields--that's another story.”

“A+ customer service. The minute a rock hit my window, I started to dread the experience of having my windshield replaced. The last experience I had with the windshield being replaced ended up being a insurance nightmare because I wanted the OEM product. Call my car dealership recommendations and they pointed me to certified glass. I reached out to them with my concern about the OEM product, they understood and ended up negotiating with my insurance company to get me exactly what I needed. I was provided a loaner car for the day, came with an expass. The work was completed in about six hours. There was even a little gift bag in my car when I returned. A+ across-the-board and very much worthy of a five star rating”

Insurance company wanted to steer us elsewhere, but we wanted the job done correctly, not just done. (Yes, I'm looking at you, glass company insurance company sent out for last replacement.) CGS worked with our insurance company and within hours had the go ahead to do the work. Professional, pleasant, timely, communicative, reasonably priced, excellent quality work. Highly recommend to anyone in need of auto glass repair or replacement. We won't ever go anywhere else! If you enjoy great work at a reasonable price neither will you!”

“I had occasion to have my windshield replaced and selected Certified due to the references I had read. I can say those references were accurate as I received accurate quote as to the length of time my car would be in for service. I got back a new windshield and a clean interior of the car, my safety sticker in place and was ready to go. The staff at Certified were friendly and handled my insurance questions and claim. Very satisfied and would recommend Certified should you need window repair or replacement.”

I had to leave my car for the repair, but as an added bonus they provided me with a loaner car with an EZ Pass while they were repairing my car! They are very professional and experienced, but at the same time very compassionate and understanding. My windshield became cracked by a small rock thrown up by a truck and the replacement cost was coming out of my pocket because of the size of my deductible. Certified glass worked with me for a month until I was able to have it replaced with my military discount. Thank you for your help Angie and the crew of certified glass!”

“I needed to have my window replaced after having it broken out. I called the dealership to ask who the recommended to do they work. The dealership suggested contacting Certified Glass Services. I contacted them and spoke with Angie. From the start, Angie was polite, professional, and empathetic to my situation. Angie was "Johnny on the spot" with ordering my window. Angie advised that it would take two days for my window to come in. That was the only downside but that wasn't Certified Glass Services fault. Once my window arrived I received a call from Joey. Again, Joey was professional, courteous, and polite. Joey advised that he would bring a car for me to drive because he was going to drive my car back to the shop to complete the work. If the work wasn't completed I would drive the car that Joey provided and he would bring my car back to my job the next morning. Well, my car was finished before I left work today. Joey returned my car before my work day ended. I definitely recommend Certified Glass Services to anyone looking for a glass repair!”

“Appreciate the service and what I learned from them. They could tell that my windshield was a replacement and pointed out how the previous installation was done subpar. They just didn't say it they explained the ways it could be done, showed me the result of how mine was done, then explained the optimum way it could have been done. After him showing me what was done and giving his explanation of what he believed should have been done I agreed. If I need glass work done in the future these are the guys.”

“2011 Nissan Maxima

My rear quarter/vent glass was shattered but not broken out. The quote from another well known company and the quote from the Nissan dealership were about the same which was way more than what I wanted to hear. However, the guy at the dealership suggested Certified Glass Services and I'm glad he did. I received a quote for about $160.00 less!

I scheduled an appt. and a few days later, I got a small chip in my windshield. When I informed the people at Certified Glass Services, they assured me they would also take care of the chip and they discounted that price since I already had an appointment with them scheduled.

When they arrived at my place of employment (mobile services at no extra fee), they were courteous, informative, professional, got the job done right, and in less time than they told me it would take. I was able to jump in my car and take my lunch break with no inconvenience or delay due to the repairs.

I have already recommended Certified Glass Services to others for when the unfortunate happens to auto glass.

“It really is possible to be thrilled with getting a windshield replaced. I had the good fortune to be referred by my Subaru dealer to Certified Glass Services to do a replacement in my two month old Outback with the Eyesight system. From the first phone conversation through the install the service was exceptional - polite, well informed, reassuring - having to do this to my new car was a little anxiety-provoking to say the least and they instilled confidence and showed pride in their work from the first step. Angie, who handled my phone calls, ensured I got scheduled and they had the identical windshield available quickly knowing a holiday weekend intervened and it was getting late on a Friday afternoon when I placed the call for service. Josh did the installation and was extremely polite, knowledgeable, meticulous, very familiar with my auto, and put up with all of my questions enabling me to learn a great deal while also instilling confidence in the procedures. I saw some of the extra steps he took to ensure a quality job and a lasting repair. My car looks new again and I will be confident calling on them if I need auto glass work in the future.
